Directing a brand with agents

BizzNEST needed a public face that could invite partners and show emerging talent the room they would walk into. The brand, the layout, and the build had to come out of one conversation.

Context

A studio site, built by the studio

BizzNEST is a branch of Digital NEST: an innovation consultancy for strategic marketing, software, AI, and digital work, staffed by emerging talent. The redesign of bizznest.org was a project for the associates themselves.

Roberto’s role was design lead. He guided associates as they built a new brand, look, and feel, and stayed in the room with the software and design teams while AI agents helped produce the site.

The live homepage leads with one idea: innovative solutions, emerging talent, lasting impact.

Problem

Two audiences, one front door

The site has to do two jobs without them colliding. Organizations need a clear path to start a project. Prospective associates need to see the program, the team, and the kind of work they would touch.

Three practices — software, design, and marketing — had to read as one studio. If the brand, the content order, or the layout drifted, the page would feel like three brochures stapled together.

Approach

Agentic design, with a person on the critique

The team designed in Figma and used Claude as part of an agentic workflow: associates and the build team could move from direction to screens without waiting on a single bottleneck. Roberto reviewed layout and aesthetics and checked that the work held together across screen sizes.

Content stayed with the marketing lead. Her job was order and story, so services, selected work, the team, and the invitation to join arrived in a sequence a first-time visitor could follow. Software, design, and marketing shipped it as one effort.

  • Brand, look, and feel directed with associates
  • Layout and aesthetic critique across devices
  • Figma and Claude in the same design loop
  • Marketing owned the story; software owned the build
Three practices, one grid. Each card opens into offerings instead of competing for the hero.
On a narrow screen the same story stacks: headline, the two actions, then the people.
Client work comes after the studio introduces itself, so the portfolio supports the story instead of replacing it.

Outcome

One brand, still a collaboration

bizznest.org is live. The homepage states what the studio is, the services split cleanly into software, design, and marketing, and the team page names who leads each practice.

No conversion figure is claimed here. The result is the working site, and a way of making it: associates in the work, agents in the loop, and design, software, and marketing reviewing the same screens.

The team block makes the collaboration visible: software, design, and marketing, each with a lead.
